A seasonal practice for reclaiming attention, presence, and connection in the modern world.
3 Day source – 2 July

We live in times of constant access to information and devices harvesting our attention.
Source was born from a simple question:
How do we remain human, embodied, connected, and wildly resourced within the pace of modern life?

Rather than another course, another app, or another thing to keep up with…
Source is a seasonal invitation to pause.
To notice.
To breathe and move.
To return.
Source isn’t about using your phone less.
It’s about becoming curious about what you’re reaching for in the first place.
Through breathwork, somatic practices, seasonal living, yoga philosophy and self-study, Source gently invites you to create enough space to notice what has been asking for your attention all along.
It’s bringing awareness to our patterns, our habits and why we are reaching for devices or more information. Creating a pause in our habitual use.
Getting in touch with why it keeps happening and understanding the deeper layers.
Creating intentions and lasting change.
1 Day Return
Held four times each year at the solstices and equinoxes.
A live online gathering followed by a one-day self-study.
Perfect for anyone wanting to reconnect and reset their relationship with attention.
3 Day Return – upcoming 2 July 2026
Held during the ACT school holidays.
A slower, supported return with a guided breath practice, journal, and practical daily invitations.
14 Day Return
Offered once each year.
A deeper seasonal practice of attention, nervous system regulation, movement, reflection, and breath.
Receiving life again, one breath, one season, one moment of attention at a time.
