Over 3 weeks no caffeinated coffee ☕️ 👋🏼 My husband commented on how interesting we all have different eye colours and how they change and look brighter in certain lighting. And then I remembered a reel I bookmarked bc I thought it was cool so might as well recreate. 🌀 Followed a whisper to hold a 40 Day Kirtan Container in the lead up to my 40th. The sound chanted “Sa Ta Na Ma” is said to be so primal that its impact on your psyche is like splitting an atom and accesses the part of the mind at the level needed to liberate oneself from habits and addictions. It’s the kriya for evolutionary change and practicing 40 Days breaks habitual thinking and rewires the subconscious. 💥 First of all I want to clarify I take full responsibility of my life and blame no one for my current reality. Just sharing what I’ve been through 🙏 💗
