What I am up to?

I recently finished Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery training with Eleanor Mann of The School of Breathwork. In the same week, I gave birth to my third daughter at home. In addition to yoga, I’m excited to support my community with Breathwork and share how it has helped me overcome self-limiting beliefs and bring more freedom into my life, leading to positive changes in my parenting, snowboarding, and other aspects of my life.
