One week to go!

Hello dear ones. The countdown is on! November 4 and 5 is just around the corner. I have added the option to book in for a single session either day to make it more accessible for you. Each session will be around 3 hours long. We start with intention setting, then move into the 90 minutes of breathwork, with time for a debrief after. Sessions will go from 10am-1:30pm and 1:30-5pm. Vegetarian lunch and refreshments will be included.
